Bridge of Dragons (1999)

The evil General Ruechang (Tagawa) plans to rule the country through marriage to its princess. When the princess runs away, Warchild (Lundgren) is tasked to bring her back. When he falls in love with her instead, he has to decide what to do next.

Notes: This was an okay film, pretty much your typical action flick. Cary had such a formidable presence and outshone the rest of the cast, especially the girl. It’s definitely worth it to watch Cary though, even though I think he should have been onscreen more.

I got distracted a lot by the Power Rangers Sound Effects – you know, the “swoosh” you hear every time a character jumps, kicks, turns around, blinks, breathes, etc.

Oh yeah, one more thing. I’m sorry… “Princess Halo?” Why don’t they just call her “Princess Love” or something. 😛
